|Recommended: YesNew Move in — I Moved in towards the end of november and i have nothing but great things to say about this community if i have had an issue, the community staff team has are on top of it and have made sure it was handled and things that made a weird noise came out and took a look and fixed what was needed to be fixed. great community and awesome team out here

|Recommended: NoUnusable amenities, unattended children — As I yet again find myself unable to use the hot tub because the water is luke warm because children are allowed to run around and splash all the water out without parental supervision i am again finding myself lowering my rating of this place. And at this point it can't get any lower. I have complained numerous times about the way children are allowed to behave in the communal spaces and management has done apparently nothing. I will not be renewing my lease here as I'm tired of paying for amenities that are unusable most of time.

|Recommended: NoThere's ALWAYS an issue. The manager is not helpful, tends to lie about everything. I was locked out of the gate at 11pm coming home from work. The front gates are hardly ever work are left open for days. I have to pay 30AM for valet garbage which both cans were picked up without my approval or knowledge Nov. 1st, today is Feb 11th, yet I'm still mage to pay 30 a north for taking my own garbage out. The hot tub NEVER works. The fob NEVER OPENS THE 24 HOT FITNESS ROOM. Yet everyone who works here acts like it's a NORMAL THING WE SHOULD ALL BE GRATEFUL.

It looks like we have not heard back from you on some of the topics we discussed, please let us know if you are still having trouble with your key fob. We have investigated the hot tub, and it is in working order. Our residents’ safety is our priority and that is why there was a mass email sent out to residents, regarding the gate system update. |Recommended: YesDog pee smell — Master bedroom rug was not cleaned well. We found dried dog poop and an exercise band left behind the bedroom door. We have sprayed and put down throw rugs . There is still a very strong urine odor in that room. Otherwise very nice place and we enjoy living here very much
