We appreciate you greatly for your residency at Overlook Park. It is true Overlook Park is so conveniently located to downtown, shopping and entertainment options. We have a state-of-the art fitness center open 24/7 , hot tub open year round and pool open seasonally for our residents to enjoy!

|Recommended: YesVery Nice. Great layout. No AC — My complaint is that there appears to be no sound barrier between floors. I've never heard any noise on the apartments on either side of me, but I can hear walking, talking and bathroom noises above me this is not a complaint about my upstairs neighbor, it's just the way it is. My downstairs neighbor has complained that I appear to be excercising or moving furniture in the wee hours of the morning I do neither of those things because I am sleeping .

We sincerely thank you for your residency and input! Living in an apartment is different from a single family home. There are pro-active things you can do to mitigate this condition with fans, noise cancelling machines, and spongy ear plugs at night if you have difficulty sleeping. I personally reside in our nearby sister community; and use these tactics. It makes a huge difference.

|Recommended: YesIt's been a fast year. — Because of covid, I didn't get any of the benefits of living here. Pool closed, hot tub closed. No community events. But property management and maintenance have been outstanding.

We are so delighted that you continue to select Overlook as your home. We are pleased to state that now the hot tub and pool are both open! You just need to go into your resident portal and reserve an hour time slot of your choosing to use these amenities! The fitness center has been open for awhile now and remains open by reservation as well!
We are going to have a pool side brunch the end of June and will post those details in an email blast very soon!
