|Recommended: YesI enjoy coming home to, and staying in my apartment — I feel comfortable and safe living here, and like the fact that the grounds are within a secured entry gate and fence system. Management and maintenance are responsive and professional. Grounds and appearance are very well kept. And, my assigned parking spot is always available.

|Recommended: YesOverall, pretty great apartments — Only a few downsides like spiders EVERYWHERE. We live in a corner bottom unit so the wind and landscapers tend to blow the leaves near our doors so we get tons of spiders by the front and back door. Besides that, quite and safe gated community with good parking and very quick maintenance staff.

|Recommended: YesNice apartments — The walls are thin and can hear neighbors cars but overall, it’s a nice place to live. I love all the cabinet space and large bathroom
Haley, we are so very delighted that you find Overlook Park a great place to call home! So happy that the cabinet space and large bathroom are working out well for you. We do have to be cognizant of apartment living and the multi-floor design that does extend a small amount of noise between floors. There are really soothing sound machines, room sized air filters (white noise) machines, earplugs and fans that can offset the slight noise from other floors/ neighbors.

|Recommended: YesNice well maintained property. — I'm so glad to have found a nicely maintained safe apartment in Vancouver. Very good location to shopping and the general area is nice and safe. Any concerns are quickly addressed by a respectful staff.

Hillary has been very helpful every step of the way. She is so sweet and treats us like people, not just money.

|Recommended: YesDecent Property — This is a good place to live. The only complaints that I have is that I can sometimes hear noisy neighbors all too well, it's a non smoking environment but people smoke outside the gates and it still blows over to where my unit is and I'm a cancer survivor and I don't want to smell cigarette smoke, and lastly you can hear all the traffic sirens off the busy 112th AVE. Apart from those complaints, it's a decent place at a fair price with the amenities and gated community being a plus.
