|Recommended: YesAmazing experience — Everything has been smooth here from move-in to preparing to move out. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and truly cares about their residents. I've never had to use maintenance, but they are always friendly when out and about through the grounds. Having a gated property was probably one of my favorite features here. I couldn't have asked for a better apartment, and a better experience than what I've received at Overlook Park.

I want to buy a house again but based on my current lease and when my short sale will be off my record, I am unable to buy at this time. Being in the customer service field, I find it difficult to find people that go out of their way for you. Brittney Nicole are an exception to this. They have been so nice helpful with everything from renewing my lease, informing me of maintenance issues letting me know when important packages arrive. Their communication to me is quick either via phone call or email. These girls work great together one reason I am ok with living here longer is the outstanding service I get as well as our maintenance crew Thank you for going above and beyond your job title always having a smile on your face
|Recommended: YesComfortable, safe living in a convenient location — Apartment meets our needs for a short term living arrangement. Enjoy the amenities workout room, hot tub, pool, covered parking and availability to rent a garage. Grounds are attractive and well maintained.

|Recommended: YesVery well maintained and a pretty quiet complex — We live below a toddler so we tend to hear a lot of running above us, but beyond that, we really don't hear our neighbors. The grounds are well maintained, the pool and clubhouse areas are very nice, and the office staff are friendly and professional. Compared to other places we researched in the area, we feel we lucked out by getting a unit in this complex.
|Recommended: YesIt's fairly quiet here and feels pretty secure. — I like the apartment and layout. The staff is great. I like the fitness center, although I'm using the YMCA more. The complex is clean, well maintained and pretty quiet.
|Recommended: YesGreat Layout and Location — Clean, well-maintained, gated property with many amenities and services. Office and maintenance staff are very professional, helpful and courteous. With the new 18th Street 205 access ramps, this location couldn't be better or easier for a Portland commuter. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

|Recommended: YesA nice, safe community — It is a nice complex to live in. People are friendly, I've always felt safe, and the ground are well maintained. The apartments themselves have a very nice layout, great storage, and lovely finishing's. The staff have been very nice and helpful, and maintenance is quick to respond to any needs.
The downfall is that if you are not on the top floor, you'll be able to hear every step the people above you take, their water running, and even voices if they are being at all loud. There is also no air conditioning which is a bit of a downfall in the summer months
|Recommended: YesGreat First Place For The Wife And I. — As far as noise hearing your neighbors this place is among the better. Haven't had any issue yet. And I doubt we will. The community is very well maintained. Love the layout, and with a portable AC unit seems like the apartment does well with heat insulation. I would say the staff is helpfull, friendly and nice. Its great how they remember your name face without just having you be another file. However sometimes a little hard to get people on the phone. Overall though, I'm very pleased with my experiences here. I've recommended it to a lot of people. And am glad to be a part of the community.
