|Recommended: YesI enjoy the quality of my apt. with its high ceilings, lovely fixtures, and built in shelves in hallway. — It is more like a home, than other apts., I've lived in. Everything adds up so nicely, the wide floor boards, granite, fireplace, storage, and fixtures, makes it a lovely and well planned out space. The overall maintenance of the gym, pool and hot tub is commendable. Also very nice is the newly added private mail boxes that hold almost all packages. It is a good location as well for all my needs.

Bottom floor can be noisy as with all complexes neighbors can be noisy but you can hear conversations, walking, doors closing, etc. from above
Fees for transferring within complex don't think it's right to charge if you move within the complex as no lease is being ended just paying more or less for a new apt
Floor plan dimensions weren't exactly as advertised causing some frustration with furniture purchases
Inability to opt out of some optional benefits such as trash pick up
|Recommended: YesSafe, Well Maintained, Clean and Updated Apartment Complex — My husband and I have enjoyed living at Overlook Park. The apartments are clean and updated. Any maintenance needs are quickly responded to and taken care of. Communication with the office is always easy. I can always expect quick reply and have seen many times they have gone above and beyond to help residents. Overall, overlook is a clean, welcoming community to be apart of.
|Recommended: YesClean, safe, friendly — The most friendly team of people I have come across. They make the complex bright, clean, and safe. Neighbors that have been met are friendly and give great advise on restaurants and shopping in Vancouver. I have traveled to many cities for work and live during my career and would put Overlook Park at the top in rentals.
|Recommended: YesOverall great place to live — Only negative would be about neighbors making false statements about noise complaints towards us, which are very unappreciated.
|Recommended: YesClean, Well-Maintained, Nice Place to Live — The floor plans are great and I am enjoying living there. The office staff is wonderful to work with and any work order I submit is taken care of quickly. Love the hardwood floors and the size of the bedrooms. The master bedroom closet is fabulous and there is an adequate amount of storarge.
|Recommended: YesIt has a great, secure feel around the whole property. — I would probably mention first the quality of services here. Maintenance requests and any other emails usually get responses almost immediately. The quiet hours are nice too, it seems to me that most of the people here respect them Parking space is also a plus-there are tons of empty spaces for guests and or your other cars.

|Recommended: YesWorth the Move — I've been living here a couple of months now and overall it has been a pleasant experience. Moving away from home for the first time was nerve wracking, but this place has made it a smooth transition. The finishing touches were a huge draw for me. Granite counter tops, vinyl wood floors, beautiful fireplace, wooden blinds, neutral colors that weren't stark white, etc. Not to mention an assigned, covered parking spot right out front of my door that is included in rent. That perk will be greatly appreciated by anyone during the rainy season here.
I really enjoy the location of my unit and the layout as a whole. Sometimes it feels like I live in a condo it's so private and quiet. As someone who enjoys their quiet time, I haven't had too many issues. I can hear the person above me every now and then but nothing out of the ordinary. The ladies in the front office are very nice and have been an invaluable resource to me as a first time renter.
The only issue I had was when I attempted to pay rent online, I entered my account number wrong and my payment was returned. Rent wasn't due yet, so I had time and did make the payment on time, but I was still charged a 65 fee. I was a little upset by this because I was trying to be a model tenant and pay my rent early and was still punished despite the payment not being late. Even still, I just chalked it up to a lesson learned.
Overall, I would highly recommend these apartments. The rent is great considering it includes an assigned, covered parking spot in front of your unit. The finishing touches are nicely done and look great. Everyone has been nice and friendly thus far. I'm really enjoying living here and hope to continue living here in the years to come.

|Recommended: YesIt serves the Purpose nicely — Good property made so by active, engaged on-site management. I appreciate the quickness to call out behavior' that is not in keeping with group living dog droppings, parking in wrong spots etc .
Also appreciate the frequent updating of what is going on, issues to be aware of.

|Recommended: YesDon't see them much. Good sense of privacy — It's a good quite place. Feels private. Comfortable place. Parking is the only issue. Parking spots are very tight if you have a medium sized car. Also not many extra nearby parking spots. Bad parking if you have more than one car per house hold.
