|Recommended: YesComfortable place to live — We enjoyed living at Overlook. Comfortable apartment, close to free way, shopping and entertainment. Complex was quiet, no drama with neighbors or management. Had only two maintenance issues which were both addressed and fixed quickly. Pool, spa and work out room were simple but clean and comfortable. Loved the Package Concierge.

|Recommended: YesLove the Atmosphere — I like the community feel of Overlook Park Apartments. Everyone is so nice, quiet and respectful of each other. The workout room and clubhouse are stellar and the staff is helpful and friendly.
|Recommended: NoNice, clean place but poor walkability, and steep rent increase at end of lease term. — The interior of the apartments are new and updated, the grounds are clean and park-like. Definitely dog and kid friendly. Only one parking spot per unit, no air conditioning, and a LOT of renter turnover, probably due to the 80- 480 rent increase at the end of your lease.

|Recommended: YesThis place is very well kept up very beautiful place to call home. — I would say living at Overlook park one month has taken off so much stress from me, it's wonderful here. People are very friendly, Management super helpful. peaceful relaxing where I am at love my nature animal friends, my dog, has even become more relaxed, even though his nature is to bark its more curious bark then other, he helps me to know if someone is near the door or side by window area I can not hear. Love having a gated area to know better, for security. property maintain nice. Thank you for a chance to live happy again,
|Recommended: YesGood size, great quality Convenient location to live — I haven't lived here very long but its very quiet, people are friendly and its very convenient for all the places I frequent. You can hear the plumbing in the rooms when living on the bottom floor and you can hear the people above you since it is hard wood floors things seem to be a bit louder. Also you share a bedroom wall with your neighbor next door, which can be a bit strange.

|Recommended: YesVery nice place to live — We have lived here for a year. We’ve rarely had any issues. Parking has not been an issue which for most places is. There is an extra lot for people to use. There is a bit of road noise from 18th Street as our building faces the main intersection of 18th and 112th. Sometimes you can hear the neighbors, my last apartment had better sound insulation, but it is an apartment, you have to remember you live literally on top of everyone. Staff have always been great and maintenance has always been good about fixing things in a timely manner. The gated community is nice, but people seem to have problems continually running into the gates and than the complex has to get them fixed. The interior of the units are really nice, lots of windows and light. Close to the freeway and Mill Plain for shopping. Overall I love living here and would recommend this community.
|Recommended: YesWonderful Community — Overlook Park is a wonderful apartment community. It is not one that is too big or too small, you can interact with others if you wish but you can also enjoy the peace and quite at the same time. The surrounding tenants are very nice and quiet, each evening I never really hear too much noise. In addition, the staff is quick to fix any problem and provide what their tenants need.
