|Recommended: YesGreat — Parking space are too small. Hardly any space to open the car doors when all other cars are already parked. The gym is tiny. Otherwise I love the place, the quietness of the environment, the staff are very helpful and the service is great.
Thank you for your review! Have you tried using the extra parking lot next to the B building when the parking lot gets full? If you have any questions about that let us know, we are so glad you are enjoying your time at Overlook Park!

|Recommended: NoMediocrity at its finest — There is no such thing as customer service. Management runs as if you owe them. There is no concrete between floors as they so claim either.

|Recommended: YesSuch a wonderful upgrade We are loving it — We are just about 2 months into living at Overlook Park and we are still obsessed with everything about it Maintenance is fast, I actually enjoy receiving updates and knowing what is going on throughout the community, we love having covered parking, and the trash valet is such a huge perk This place is the exact opposite of our last complex and we could not be happier It's clean, it's green, you don't drown in cigarette smoke, office staff is very friendly, you're a 4 minute walk to safeway, no complaints here

|Recommended: YesVery happy here — When we first moved to Vancouver, Wa we rented an apartment in a nearby complex and it was awful We were miserable. We were cramped into a small, cave-like unit with mold issues, parking problems, we could hear everything our neighbors did etc. We move to Overlook a couple of months ago and could not be happier Roomy, spacious, high ceilings, quality fixtures, maintenance people fix things I know, crazy right , neighbors are generally considerate. Haven't had a single religious missionary knocking at unseemly hours, in fact no hours at all, very much appreciate that

|Recommended: YesNew Resident Review — Love it here. Great up to date modern apartments. Nice grounds and amenities. My only issue is that for a complex that has so many complementary dog stations, many people do not pick up after their dogs. I wish there was some enforcement on that.

|Recommended: YesConvenient — This location is ideally located with minutes to everything you could possibly need. The DMV, Food, Freeway, Groceries, Mall, Post Office, and Schools. This complex couldn't be any more convenient in my personal opinion.

|Recommended: YesResident for nearly two years — I am extremely pleased with my two bedroom, third floor apartment. The management here has always been very pleasant and helpful. The apartments are virtually soundproof, and the grounds are well kept.
